From Passion Project to Reality: Fujifilm’s GFX Challenge Grant Program Returns to Support the Next Generation of Australian Photographers & Creators

Fujifilm's GFX Challenge Grant Program returns for its sixth year, helping Australian photographers and content creators turn ambitious creative ideas into reality
With almost AUD$145,000 in grants available, the program provides funding, mentorship and access to Fujifilm equipment to support emerging visual storytellers
Winners will receive up to AUD$15,000 and the Fujifilm GFX gear to bring their projects to life, helping remove barriers between concept and execution

Entries for the GFX Challenge 2026 are open to Australian photography enthusiasts until 17 August 2026, via the Fujifilm House of Photography website.

Entries are open until 17 August 2026
Open to amateur and professional photographers and videographers across Australia and New Zealand
Five global winners will receive AUD$15,000, with ten regional winners receiving more than AUD$7,000
Winners also receive Fujifilm GFX equipment, mentorship and global exposure through Fujifilm's international platforms
